우유 단백 유발성 소장염, 대장염, 소대장염과 그로 인한 직장 출혈, Milk protein induced enteritis, Colitis and Rectal bleeding

우유나 우유 단백질 성분으로 만든 인공영양을 먹고 우유 단백 유발성 알레르기성 대장염도 생길 수 있으며 그로 인하여 소장염, 대장염, 또는 소대장염이 생길 수 있다.
그 우유 단백 유발성 알레르기성 소대장염이 있으면 그로 인해 직장 출혈도 생길 수 있다.
이런 위장 출혈은 생후 3개월 이전 신생아, 유아들에게 가장 흔하다.
이때, 설사도 할 수 있다.

우유 단백 유발성 소장염, 대장염, 소대장염과 그로 인한 직장 출혈의 진단

증상 징후 병력 진찰소견 등을 종합해서 진단한다.
우유 단백 유발성 소장염이나 대장염 또는 소대장염이 있으면 대변에 적혈구가 비정상적으로 많이 나올 수 있다.
그래서 대변 잠재혈 검사가 양성으로 나타날 수 있고
대변 세균배양검사 결과가 음성으로 나타난다.
CBC 피 검사에 호산구가 증가되어 있는 것이 보통이다.
헤모글로불린 농도는 정상이든지 약간 낮을 수 있다.

우유 단백 유발성 소장염, 대장염, 소대장염과 그로 인한 직장 출혈의 치료

우유 단백이나 우유 단백이 든 인공영양이나 우유를 먹어서는 안 된다.
뉴트라마진이나 프로제스티밀 등 가수분해 단백으로 만든 저 알레르기 인공영양을 먹는다.
젖을 먹이는 수유모가 우유나 우유 음식물을 먹을 때 그 수유모의 모유 속에도 우유 단백이 분비될 수 있다.
그 젖을 먹는 아기에게 우유 단백 유발성 소대장염이 생길 수 있다.
그래서 젖 먹는 아기에게 우유 단백 알레르기가 있으면, 수유모는 우유나 우유 섞인 음식물도 먹지 말아야 한다.
우유나 우유 음식물을 먹지 않기 시작한 5~10일 내에 젖 먹는 아기의 위장출혈이 멈추는 것이 보통이다.
그러나 때로는 더 오래 간다.

Milk protein-induced enteritis, Colitis, and Rectal bleeding

• Consuming artificial nutrition made with milk or milk protein ingredients can also cause milk protein-induced allergic colitis, which can lead to enteritis, colitis, or micro colitis.

• If you have the milk protein-induced allergic colitis, it can also cause rectal bleeding.

• Gastrointestinal bleeding is most common in newborns and infants before 3 months of age.

• At this time, diarrhea may also occur.

Diagnosis of milk protein-induced enteritis, colitis, micropolitics and the resulting rectal bleeding

• Diagnosis is made based on symptoms, signs, history, and examination findings.

• If you have milk protein-induced enteritis or colitis or microcolitis, you may have an abnormally high amount of red blood cells in your stool

• So the stool occult blood test can be positive and

• The stool culture test result is negative.

• CBC blood tests usually show elevated eosinophils.

• Hemoglobulin concentrations may be normal or slightly low.

Treatment of milk protein-induced enteritis, colitis, microcolitis and the resulting rectal bleeding

• Do not consume milk protein or artificial nutrition containing milk protein or milk.

• Eat hypoallergenic artificial nutrition made with hydrolyzed proteins such as neutramazine or progestimil.

• When a nursing mother consumes milk or milk food, milk protein may also be secreted in her breast milk.

• Milk-protein-induced micro colitis may develop in infants who are breastfed. • So, if a nursing baby is allergic to milk protein, the nursing mother should avoid eating milk or milk-based foods. • It is common for gastrointestinal bleeding in a suckling baby to stop within 5 to 10 days of not taking milk or milk food.

• But sometimes it lasts longer.
