폴리오마바이러스 감염병 Polyomaviruses(BK Virus and JC virus)

역학 epidemiology	폴리오마바이러스의 숙주는 사람이다. The host of polyomaviruses is humans.
원인 cause	폴리오마바이러스에는 BK Virus와 JC virus 두 종류가 있다. 면역 손상이 있는 사람들이나 면역 체계 약화 된 사람들에게 감염되면 폴리오마바이러스 감염병이 생길 수 있다. There are two types of polyomaviruses: BK virus and JC virus. People with compromised immune systems or people with weakened immune systems can develop polyomavirus infections.
잠복기incubation	확실히 모른다. I don’t know for sure.
증상 징후	신체 각 기관이 BK Virus나 JC virus에 감염되면 그 감염병이 일생동안 지속될 수 있다. BKV는 건강한 아이들의 비뇨기 점막에 감염되어 무증상 혈뇨를 일으킬 수 있고 방광염을 일으킬 수 있다. 건강한 아이들의 소화기에도 감염될 수 있다. 면역 적격자들에게 이 병이 생기면 무증상이다. 무증상 혈뇨나 방광염이 생길 수도 있다. • If each organ in the body is infected with BK Virus or JC Virus, the infectious disease can last for a lifetime. • BKV can infect the urinary mucosa in healthy children and cause asymptomatic hematuria and cystitis. It can also infect the digestive tract of healthy children. In immunocompetent individuals, the disease is asymptomatic. Asymptomatic hematuria or cystitis may occur. • Children who are immunocompromised may develop this disease. However, in particular, hemorrhagic cystitis can occur when hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients are infected, and interstitial nephritis and ureteric stenosis can occur in kidney transplant recipients. So when you urinate, painful hematuria and blood clots may appear in the urine. • JCV infection in children with AIDS or severely immunocompromised children treated with immunosuppressive chemotherapy may develop progressive multifocal white matter encephalopathy. 면역손상이 있는 아이들에게 이 감염병에 생길 수도 있다. 그러나 특히 혈 조성 줄기세포 이식치료 수혜자에게 감염되면 출혈성 방광염이 생길 수 있고 신장 이식 수혜자들에게 감염되어 간질성 신장염과 요관협착증이 생길 수 있다. 그래서 소변을 볼 때 통증이 있는 혈뇨가 나오고 소변에 피 덩어리가 나올 수 있고 에이즈가 있거나 면역 억제화학요법 치료를 받아 심한 면역손상이 있는 소아들에게 JCV감염이 생기면 진행성 다 국소적 백색질 뇌병이 생길 수 있다.
진단 diagnosis	병력+증상 징후+신체검사+항체분석 검사, PCR 분석검사 등으로 진단한다. 또 HAI, CFT, ELISA 또는 RIA 검사로 진단한다. Diagnosis is made by medical history + symptom signs + physical examination + antibody analysis test, PCR analysis, etc. In addition Diagnosis is made by HAI, CFT, ELISA or RIA tests.
치료 treatment	Cidofovir, Brincidofovir, Levofloxacin, Leflunomid, Cytarabine 등으로 치료한다. 글로불린 혈관주사로도 치료한다. Treatment is with cidofovir, brincidofovir, levofloxacin, leflunomid, or cytarabine. It is also treated with intravenous globulin injections.
예방 prevention	예방 백신은 없다. There is no preventive vaccine.
