혈소판, Thrombocytes(Platelets) – 제13권. 소아청소년 혈액, 림프, 종양 질환

혈소판, Thrombocytes(Platelets) 1/26/2022

골수에 있는 줄기세포(혈구모세포)에서 거대모세포(Megakaryoblasts), 거핵세포(거대핵세포, Megakaryocytes)가 생성되고 거핵세포(거대핵세포)에서 혈소판이 생성된다.
혈소판 속에

- 세로토닌,
- 노에피네프린,
- 에피네프린,
- 히스타민,
- 라이보핵단백 등이 들어 있다.

거의 모든 혈소판은 혈관 속에 들어 있고 일부 혈관 속에서 조직 속으로 나와 있다.
혈소판은 혈장 속에 들어 있는 피브리노겐 등 다른 여러 종류의 혈액 응고 인자들과 함께 피가 계속 나지 않게 피를 응고시키는 역할에 가담한다.

혈소판의 수·모양·크기는 질병의 유무나 출혈의 유무 등에 따라 변한다.
나이에 따른 정상 혈소판 수치는 다음 표에서 참조.

Platelets(Thrombocytes)

• Stem cells (hemocytes) in the bone marrow generate megakaryoblasts and megakaryocytes, and platelets are generated from megakaryocytes.

o Serotonin,

o norepinephrine,

o epinephrine,

o Histamine;

o Libonuclear protein, etc. are included.

• Almost all platelets are in blood vessels, and some platelets exit into tissues.

• Platelets, along with other blood clotting factors such as fibrinogen in plasma, play a role in blood clotting to prevent bleeding.

• The number, shape, and size of platelets change depending on the presence or absence of disease or bleeding.
